Registration is free and does not create any obligation to make deposits.
Each user may hold only one active account on k55bet, linked to their CPF. Creating multiple accounts — even with different details — is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the immediate blocking of all accounts involved, with forfeiture of any available balance and bonuses.
K55bet may request identification documents (national ID, driver's license, or passport) and proof of address to verify a user's identity, particularly at the time of the first withdrawal or in situations that raise fraud concerns. Users have up to 30 calendar days to provide the requested documents — failure to do so may result in account suspension.
The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) confidential. k55bet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately via the live chat available on the platform.
Access to and use of k55bet is restricted to individuals aged 18 or older. By creating an account, the user formally declares they are of legal age. k55bet may request proof of age at any time, and if it is determined that the user is under 18, the account will be immediately closed, the balance frozen, and the funds returned to the original payment method after deducting any bonuses used.
K55bet accepts the following deposit methods for Brazilian users: Pix (any bank with an active key), boleto bancário, credit and debit card, Mercado Pago, PicPay, and TED bank transfer via major banks (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa Econômica Federal, Banco Inter, and others).
The minimum deposit amount is R$ 10.00. Pix deposits are processed automatically in under 10 seconds after transfer confirmation. Boleto bancário deposits take up to 1 business day to clear. Credit card deposits are processed within 30 minutes.
All deposits must be made from accounts or payment instruments held in the name of the registered k55bet user. Deposits from third parties will be refused and the funds returned to their origin. k55bet does not accept cash deposits or transfers from unidentified sources.
To request a withdrawal, go to the wallet section in your k55bet account, enter the desired amount, and confirm your registered Pix key. The balance available for withdrawal is your real account balance — unconverted bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly.
Pix withdrawals are processed by k55bet within 5 minutes after the request, including weekends and holidays. The amount is credited directly to the Pix key registered in the user's profile. k55bet does not charge any fees on Pix withdrawals.
The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. Withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 may require additional identity verification and can take up to 24 hours to process. Withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00 are subject to compliance review in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.
Withdrawals can only be made to accounts or Pix keys held in the user's own name, with the same CPF registered on k55bet. Withdrawal attempts to third-party accounts will be blocked and investigated.
K55bet offers a welcome bonus of up to R$ 500.00 for new users, equivalent to 100% of the first deposit amount. The bonus is credited automatically once the minimum deposit of R$ 20.00 is confirmed. The bonus is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of credit.
To withdraw winnings derived from the welcome bonus, the user must complete a rollover of 10x the total amount (deposit + bonus) on bets with minimum odds of 1.50. Cancelled bets, bets on suspended events, or bets on markets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward the rollover.
Additional promotions (reloads, cashback, free bets, birthday bonuses) have specific conditions published on each offer's page. The conditions of each promotion take precedence over the general bonus rules in the event of a conflict. k55bet reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time.
Bets on k55bet are valid at the moment the system confirms acceptance at the odds in effect at that instant. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be canceled or modified by the user, except in cases of a duly verified system error or when the cash-out feature is available for that market.
The odds published by k55bet reflect the estimated probability of each outcome and include the platform's operational margin. k55bet reserves the right to correct odds published due to obvious error — defined as any odds that are clearly out of line with the market due to an identifiable technical or human error. In such cases, affected bets will be cancelled and stakes returned to the user's balance.
Bet settlements are based on official results provided by the organizing bodies of each competition (CBF, Conmebol, UFC, etc.). In the event of a disputed outcome or official review, k55bet may adjust the settlement in accordance with the final ratified result.
If an event is cancelled or not concluded within 24 hours of its scheduled start time, all bets linked to that event will be cancelled and stakes returned to the user's balance. For live bets already placed on suspended events, specific partial settlement rules apply, as detailed in the platform's general betting rules.
The casino games available at k55bet — including slots, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, live casino, crash games, and game shows — are provided by third-party suppliers certified by international regulatory bodies such as eCOGRA, GLI, and iTech Labs. The RTP (Return to Player) of each game is independently audited and can be found in the information section of each title.
K55bet does not interfere with the operation of games provided by third parties and is not responsible for technical failures occurring within the provider's software. In the event of a technical failure during a casino round, k55bet will follow the provider's recommendations for resolution — which may include canceling the round and refunding the bet, or upholding the result calculated up to the point of the failure.
Bets placed in the live casino — with dealers streamed in real time — are final once the dealer closes the round. There is no option to cancel a live casino bet after each round has begun.

Users may request account closure at any time via the support chat or by email. Prior to closure, any available balance must be withdrawn. Unconverted bonuses are cancelled at the time of closure. Once an account is closed, the CPF linked to it cannot be used to open a new account, unless a formal request is submitted and reviewed by the k55bet team.
K55bet may close or suspend any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in cases of: violation of these terms, suspected fraud, illegal activity, prolonged inactivity (more than 24 months without access), or failure to meet legal obligations. In the event of closure due to a violation, the available balance may be frozen pending investigation.
K55bet is not liable for financial losses resulting from bets placed by the user — the outcome of each bet is determined by external factors beyond the platform's control. The user acknowledges that betting involves the risk of losing the staked amount and that past results are no guarantee of future outcomes.
K55bet is not liable for: the user's internet connection failures that prevent bets from being placed; deposit delays caused by failures in the user's banking systems; or losses resulting from unauthorized access to the user's account due to the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials.
Under no circumstances shall k55bet's total liability to the user exceed the amount of the available balance in the user's account at the time of the event that caused the damage.
K55bet reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, particularly in response to regulatory changes, service updates, or security improvements. Significant changes will be communicated by email and through a notice on the platform at least 7 days before they take effect.
